Indaco Named One of the Country’s Best New Restaurants ​ in Modern Luxury’s July/August Issues

CHARLESTON, SC –National restaurant critic and writer John Mariani named Charleston, SC based Indaco Restaurant one of the country’s best new restaurants in several of Modern Luxury magazine’s July/August city issues.

Joining sixteen national restaurants such as Alta in San Francisco, Juniper & Ivy in San Diego, Rolf and Daughters in Nashville, and Gato in New York City, Indaco is recognized for filling “a niche in the city for fine, modern Italian food” by Mariani.Some of the highlights from the menu include the plump agnolotti with beef short rib, the pizzas utilizing seasonal and unusual toppings and the raw snapper crudo. The piece on Best New Restaurants is featured in the Atlantan, Houston, DC, Angeleno (LA), Chicago, and Riveria (San Diego) issues.
